This lovely hotel boasts a perfect location for exploring the vibrant city. The staff truly shine. their welcoming demeanor and even a handwritten note from housekeeping made my stay special. The bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring restful nights. A delightful home away from home that might just steal your heart!

I stayed for 3 nights in a King Room while exploring local attractions like the beautiful Toluca Cathedral, just a short walk away. The location was perfect for accessing several sites, including a nearby park and various museums. The breakfast was surprisingly good, and the cleaning staff kept the room tidy. However, there were some issues with the Wi-Fi quality, which made it hard to connect for a zoom meeting. Although the coffee could definitely use some improvement, overall, it was a pleasant stay.
